JAMES MARINO, CEO
James is a graduate of the University of Central Florida’s Rosen School of Hospitality Management.
He has worked as the General Manager of Positano Italian Restaurant, a local icon for great food and service for many years in Orlando. He has also worked as assistant manager of The Ritz-Carlton Vineyard Grill Restaurant and Director of Food & Beverage Outlets at The Grand Bohemian Hotel in downtown Orlando.
James has more than 10 years of catering experience in the Orlando market, and his passion for food and beverage shows throughout every aspect of the company.
CHRISTOPHER, EXECUTIVE CHEF
Christopher studied at the Italian Culinary Academy at the French Culinary Institute in New York City. He spent four months in a prestigious culinary program (ALMA) in Italy, where he was able to hone his skills while cooking in the kitchens of Ulysses on the Sea, a 3 Michelin star restaurant. He also served as Executive Chef of DBDK Catering Company in NYC, and has cooked in the prestigious JW Marriott in Orlando. He has a high focus on seasonally driven menus and boasts a level of creativity and commitment to quality rarely seen in the Orlando catering market.
MICHAEL DASILVA, DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
Michael has demonstrated eight years of dedicated service in most all Food and Beverage outlets at The Ritz-Carlton Grande Lakes Orlando. Assisted with the execution of multi-million dollar, high profile catered events at The Ritz-Carlton. Michael has the experience, sense of urgency, speed, accuracy, and attention to detail to make every event exceed his client’s expectations. He is a true professional.
